How this works :

• Minimum repair charge starts from AED 80 and based on technician’s evaluation, final repair charges will be informed to you by the technician via zoom meeting / phone call.
• Soon you will receive a call from our courier team to arrange Mobile pick up.
• Courier representative will visit you and take snapshots of the item and uploads into the collection docket.
• Your phone through courier will reach store within next 24 to 48  hours.
• Mobile repair store will diagnose the damage during the time slot you have booked and revert back to you with his evaluation and advise you if in case of any additional cost through zoom call / whatsapp.
• Customer has to approve the extra payment through WhatsApp message to concerned store.
• The store will generate another invoice (product to approve, giving a specific code to search), and the customer to make the balance payment.
• Store vendor will send the working video of the unit through whats app message to you. Once customer (you) say OK, store will ship back the unit.
• Shipment agency will confirm us the delivery of the product to you.
