I am a Tenant, how can I benefit from Jaatrey?

You can plan your personal cash flow by opting rental payment via credit card at a nominal charge, debit card, bank transfer. For your credit card transactions, your issuing bank can provide you easy instalment options.

How can I register on Jaatrey?

Please create a user id on Jaatrey portal and we shall contact you to verify your credentials with few basic documents and assist you to successfully onboard you.

As a tenant, what are the benefits of joining Jaatrey?

• As a tenant, you can set up your rent payment via UAE issued Debit Card, Credit card or Bank transfer.
• You can opt for Full payment options or Rent now pay later options of Installments as offered by your unit’s landlord
• You will receive reminders days before your due date to help you ensure that funds are available on your Card or account on the due date.
• Once the payment is made, automated invoice will be sent to you by mail for your records.

As a Owner, how can I ensure that my rental property rent is collected via Jaatrey.com?

• Tenant can pay the unit’s rent on Jaatrey, only if the landlord has registered the unit on this portal
• If you prefer to utilize the benefits of Jaatrey’s scheduled rental payment, pl share the details of your rental property, location and contact information of your landlord via mail to support@ jaatrey.com

I am a Tenant, how can I now avail Smart Rent facilities of Jaatrey?

If you want to pay your rent as Smart Rent and your landlord is not registered yet with us, we can help you. You may speak with your landlord and share his/her contact details with us on support@jaatrey.com. We will discuss Smart Rent options with your landlord and register your property with us so that you can enjoy the facilities.

Upon successful registration on Smart Rent, we would want to reward you with Gift Voucher worth AED 200/- to thank you for this new relationship.
